Processing Time:
Orders are prepared within 3 business days so your child’s next adventure can begin as soon as possible.

Delivery Time:
After processing, your order will arrive within 5–8 business days—because we know how hard it is for little navigators to wait!

  • Australia – Australia Post, 9–18 business days

  • United Kingdom – UPS, 7–13 business days

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed, sent to the email address you used at checkout. Processing may take up to 48 hours. A second email will follow once your order is on its way, including your tracking number and a link to track it.

If you have any trouble with your tracking number or delivery, we recommend contacting the carrier directly first. Tracking updates may take 1–4 days to appear. In rare cases, tracking may not update at all, but your package will still arrive.
